【Important Notice for Customers in the EU】

Please note that orders shipped from Japan may be subject to import VAT and postal handling fees upon arrival.

【返品送料について】

不良品、ご注文商品と異なる場合、汚損・破損など当店の不手際による交換・返品の場合、返品送料は当店が負担いたします。

お客様のご都合による返品・交換は原則としてお受けできません。

【Refund policy】

( About return shipping)

If the product is defective, different from the ordered product, or is exchanged or returned due to our inadequacy such as stains or damage, we will bear the shipping cost for the returned product.

In principle, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer's convenience.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We cannot accept returns on sale items.
