放送から四半世紀が過ぎた今もなお世界中に熱狂的なファンを持つアニメ「serial experiments lain（1998年放送）」にDJ・JJ役で声優出演し、劇中音楽を担当した竹本晃と共にアニメサントラ『Cyberia Mix』を手がけたWASEI JJ CHIKADAによる音楽プロジェクト「Cyberia Layerシリーズ」最新作。ジャケットイラストはlainのキャラクターデザインを担当した安倍吉俊描きおろし。今回、アニメの主人公・岩倉玲音を演じた清水香里がゲスト参加。また『KIRINJI - killer tune kills me feat. YonYon』のエモーショナルなエレクトロカバーでは、JJ本人がYonYonパートの韓国語ラップを披露。House, Techno, Dubstep, Drum and Bass, Synthwave, Afro Houseなど、JJのキャリアの全てが注がれたCafe & Club Cyberia のフロアを揺らす渾身の全12曲。
WASEI JJ CHIKADA played the role of DJ JJ in the anime "serial experiments lain" (broadcasted in 1998 in Japan) and worked on the soundtrack "Cyberia Mix" with Akira Takemoto. This Cyberia Layer series is a music project by WASEI JJ CHIKADA, and his latest work is this Cyberia layer:06.
The jacket illustration is drawn by yoshitoshiABe, who was in charge of character design for lain. The guest artist is Kaori Shimizu, who played lain Iwakura. In the song "killer tune kills me", JJ himself raps in Korean.
